Hampshire Murders

This companion volume to Dorset Murders and Ten Dorset Mysteries looks at ten murders including the savage killing of Fanny Adams at Alton in 1867, which originated the phrase ‘Sweet Fanny Adams’, the case of the poisoned partridges at Aldershot in 1931 and Fordingbridge’s dinner party massacre in 1986, when the author, then chief reporter of the Bournemouth Echo, was the first reporter on the scene.
